Here's the deal. I'm not a Tshirt shop and have to order in your special shirts and items. For anything other than Tshirts, and sometimes totes or aprons, I need a minimum size order. This can involve a wait. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible! Since these are made for you, unless you receive the wrong or defective merchandise, exchanges/refunds are not really possible. But we do our best to make our customers happy! ;-) Payment can be via money order, check or *sometimes* Paypal (Ask us!!) Before ordering, check to be sure if your design goes on LIGHT colors or on ALL colors. And please DO list second choice designs and colors as suppliers may run short. Feel free to indicate any other preferences ;-) I ship to Canada, but not generally overseas. Again, ask. It could work! Payment is in US dollars only. US info: Most shipments go USPS. Insurance is optional and runs $$2 up to $50; $2.50 up to $100; $3.05 up to $200, $5.50 for $300. Tracking costs 85 cents. Larger orders may go UPS or FedEx. SHIPPING for Tshirts, totes, loungers, and 1 to 2 aprons is $7.45. Add $4.00 for each additional Tshirt or tote. Heavyweight sweatshirts/ longsleeves ship for $11.50, add $5.50 for each additional. Combo order? A sweatshirt and T or tote would run $11.50 plus $4.00, or $15.50. I can also look into flat rate boxes for you. If 3X or larger, shipping may run more. When in doubt, ask! (my mantra) |
